Reset.90 AI (“Reset.90 AI,” “we,” “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices — whether you use the app, visit our website, or join our launch list.
1. Data We Collect
When you create an account and use Reset.90 AI, we collect:
- Account information — email address and, optionally, your name.
- Landing page email — optionally, your email address if you choose to join the Reset.90 launch list on our marketing website.
- Body profile — height, weight, sex, age, activity level, and fitness goals.
- Equipment environment — the training equipment available to you.
- Training data — exercises performed, weight, reps, completion status, and RIR (repetitions in reserve) feedback.
- Nutrition data — logged meals, calorie intake, and macronutrient data.
- AI consent status — whether you have enabled AI-powered coaching.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To generate and adapt your daily training and nutrition plan.
- To track your 90-day progress, streak, adherence, and trajectory.
- To provide AI coaching when you have explicitly enabled it.
- To send occasional product launch updates to users who opted into the landing page launch list.
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to operate Reset.90 AI:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel — API and application hosting.
- DeepSeek — AI model processing, only when you have explicitly enabled AI coaching in the app.
4. DeepSeek AI Processing
When you enable AI coaching:
- Processing may occur on servers located in China.
- We send only the minimum data needed to generate your coaching response, without direct account identifiers: sex, age, height, weight, activity level, goals, recent training history, and nutrition summaries.
- We do not send your name, email, user ID, or full date of birth to DeepSeek.
- You may withdraw AI consent at any time within the app. Revoking consent stops all future AI data transmission.

5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- Within the app, go to Profile → Delete Account.
- If you cannot log in, contact us at reset90ai@gmail.com.
6. Your Privacy Choices
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
- You may disable AI coaching at any time, which stops all data transmission to DeepSeek.
- You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app.
7. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Authentication is handled through Supabase. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Age Requirement
Reset.90 AI is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
