Account and Login

  • Ensure you are using the same email address you registered with.
  • Check your spam folder for verification or password-reset emails.
  • If you cannot log in after multiple attempts, contact us from the email address associated with your account.

Data Not Syncing

  • Confirm your device has an active internet connection.
  • Force-close and reopen the app to trigger a fresh sync.
  • Check that you are signed in to the same account across devices.
  • If the issue persists, contact us with details about when the issue started.

AI Consent

  • AI coaching is opt-in. Enable or disable it in the app settings at any time.
  • When AI consent is disabled, Reset.90 AI uses built-in programming logic for your plan.
  • No data is sent to DeepSeek unless you have explicitly enabled AI coaching.
  • Revoking consent stops all future AI data transmission immediately.

Deleting Your Account

  • Go to Profile → Delete Account within the app to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
  • If you cannot log in, email us at reset90ai@gmail.com from your registered email address to request deletion.

When reporting a bug, please include:

  • Device model (e.g., iPhone 16 Pro)
  • iOS version
  • App version
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
